Today at Belley Fitness studio, one of my clients decided she really wants to focus on her backside for the summer bathing suit... her Marshfield beach body.
So, I layed out the following workout for her:
A1) Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts
A2) Single Leg Deep Squats
A3) Glute Bridge
B1) 1 Leg, 1 Arm DB Row
B2) Butt Blaster Complex Lift
B3) Pulse Squat
C1) Sprints x 30 yds
C2) Kettlebell Swings
This workout lasted all of 41 minutes...
Quick, Effective, Bikini Bum Shaping, Marshfield Fitness Approved and most certainly....
She'll be happy come 6 weeks from now.
